No, we do not need an amnesty

Let's not have an amnesty. You didn't know better because you didn't do the small amount of research it would have taken to find the true IFR. I do not have a degree & by early spring 2020 I had obtained and assessed the available data.

The Diamond Princess cruise ship gave us a perfect example of what to expect. John Ioannidis (amongst others) was early with statistics which showed that unless you were very elderly &/or ill you would probably survive. In fact, the average age of death from covid was higher than the national average age of death.

I remember the stories of teenage suicides and depression., I remember the children locked in with abusive parents who were murdered. I remember the despair of small business owners who lost everything. I was working in a care home in the covid era (until I was sacked), I remember holding an i pad for a dying resident so his wife could say goodbye.

It is quite extraordinary how academics (who should know better) just relied on the media, health 'experts' and went along with this tyranny. I am no economist but even I could work out that shutting down the economy for any length of time would be a catastrophe. In the UK we practically shut down the NHS for everything apart from covid & I remember voicing concern about cancer treatments/screenings being stopped.

You really do not have to be a health professional/academic to understand that it is impossible to stop a respiratory virus and at best you would delay it's transmission. Regardless of the 'medical science' I know that producing a 'vaccine' within 9 months would involve some dubious shortcuts. Allowing such a 'vaccine' to be mandated was pure madness.

So Emily, you panicked & you published I do not grant your amnesty and I will never, ever, forget.
